Terms of Use
These terms define the conditions for using the service.
Article 1 (Scope)
These terms define the conditions for using the "SukeSuke Maker" service (the "Service") provided by the operator.
Article 2 (Consent)
By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Article 3 (Service description)
This service is a web application that applies a fine transparency pattern to user-specified regions of an uploaded image, creating PNG images that appear hidden on the X (formerly Twitter) timeline but are revealed when tapped and viewed full-size.
To improve and operate the Service, the Service automatically sends and stores the image data uploaded by users and editing and setting information to the server. For details about handling this data, see the Privacy Policy.
Article 4 (User responsibility)
Users use the Service at their own responsibility. Users must use only images that do not infringe the copyrights, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties, and must obtain any necessary permissions.
Article 5 (Prohibited acts)
Users must not engage in the following.
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Infringement of third-party rights, defamation, discrimination, harassment, etc.
- Excessive load on the Service, vulnerability probing, unauthorized access, or other interference
- Use for improper purposes or acts the operator deems inappropriate
Article 6 (User content)
Rights to images (uploaded images and generated images) belong, in principle, to the user or the rightful owner. The operator handles images in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Article 7 (Changes or suspension of the Service)
The operator may change, suspend, or terminate the Service as necessary for operational reasons.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
The operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or continuity of the Service. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the operator, the operator is not liable to the extent permitted by law.
Article 9 (Changes to the terms)
The operator may change these terms for reasonable reasons such as legal compliance, changes to service content, or operational necessity. Changes and their effective date will be announced on the Service, and users who continue to use the Service after the effective date are deemed to have agreed to the updated terms. For changes that significantly affect users, additional consent or measures may be taken as needed.
